Where are your products made?
Our designs are created in Canada, using global materials.
Most items are printed and fulfilled from our main facility in Ontario.
Occasionally, to ensure faster delivery or better availability, we may print through one of our trusted Canadian partners.
Either way — your order is made-to-order and ships from within Canada.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every order is made just for you, usually within 2–5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery across Canada takes 7–14 business days.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.
What does “made-to-order” mean?
We make each product only after you order, helping reduce waste and promote a more thoughtful way of shopping.
How do i choose the right size?
Our shirts use a unisex fit.
Please check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.
What is our return/exchange policy?
Since each product is made-to-order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If anything’s wrong, just reach out within 7 days — we’ll take care of you.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within Canada only — keeping the focus where it belongs: home.
Will the designs fade or wear out over time?
Our designs are printed using high-quality techniques to ensure they stay vibrant for years to come.
How do i wash or clean my hats and shirts?
Our products can be machine washed in cold water. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on low heat for best results
How do I care for my shirt or hat?
Shirts: Machine wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
Hats: Spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry for best results.
Why might the White shirt look slightly off-white?
Due to the natural fabric used, the White color may appear slightly softer than bright white.
That’s totally normal and doesn’t affect the quality or comfort.
Can I customize an order or request a special design?
We currently offer our set designs, but we’re always listening.
